We currently only ship nationally across Canada.
Do you offer free shipping?
Due to the increased costs of shipping, currently we do not offer free shipping options. Free local pickup is available in West Lorne, Ontario during checkout. Simply select the pickup option when completing your online order. Pickup instructions will be subsequently emailed to you.

How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled?
Our standard processing time is 3-4 days and does not include shipping time. While same day fulfillment is possible subject to stock, fulfillment times are subject to change, especially during the busier seasons and product launches which may yield longer than normal fulfillment times. We will be sure to communicate any departure from our standard fulfillment times to our customers promptly.
Why does my candle form a “tunnel” when it burns?
Candle tunneling is a common problem which is often caused by not allowing the candle sufficient burn time. When burning, allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container to prevent this “tunneling” effect.
Can your containers be reused?
Yes. Our containers can absolutely be reused. You should discontinue burning a candle when only ½ inch of wax remains. The remaining wax can then be cleaned out and safely disposed of, leaving the containers free to be reused.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Do you have a retail space?
We unfortunately do not have a permanent retail space; however, we are working on developing a retail space that is simultaneously capable of hosting workshops and special events.
Do you do custom and wholesale orders?
Yes, we do both! We love the wholesale side of our business and are enthusiastic to work with a variety of different businesses and customers to fulfill their candle needs. We also have the capacity to handle custom orders whether it be for corporate events, weddings, showers, fundraisers or charitable events. What does your company do to be more sustainable?
Being environmentally conscious and doing our part to reduce our ecological footprint is important to us, and we know it is also important to our customers. We have taken efforts to ensure our products and shipping methods are plastic-free and otherwise made from only recyclable materials.
How can I make sure I am burning my candle correctly?
To burn your candle correctly we would recommend that it first be placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from any flammable objects. When burning, allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container to prevent “tunneling”. Never leave the candle burning for more than 3 or 4 hours at a time and make sure to keep them away from small children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended; be sure to extinguish a lit candle before you leave a room. Finally, trim your candle’s wick to ¼ inch before relighting it to keep the wax clean and burning nicely.
